How do I know if the lenses will fit my frames?
We offer custom-cut lenses for thousands of brand-name frames. Simply search for your frame model on our site. If you can't find it, we offer a custom concierge service where you can mail your frames to us for a perfect fit.
What is the difference between Polarized and Non-Polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses feature a special filter that blocks intense reflected light, reducing glare from surfaces like water or roads. Non-polarized lenses provide UV protection and impact resistance without the glare-reduction filter.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day fit guarantee. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your lenses or the fit, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Custom-made orders or prescription lenses may require an additional 1-2 weeks for production before they are shipped.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Yes! We offer high-quality prescription lenses in a variety of tints and coatings. You will just need to provide a valid prescription from your eye doctor during the checkout process.
